I really like Gimmie some lovin, thats fun to play, and also Soul Man.  but one of my favorites is basket case, its always one of the most enjoyable to play as a group.  :)
I'll echo your first two and add "Vehicle" and "Power Lines."

Crazy Train... everyone loves a good Ozzy tune and Louie Louie ... dance during the trumpet solo.

I somtimes like the Star Spangled Banner 'cause you have to start the game on a right note.

My top three would have to be:

1. Crazy Little Thing Called Love (Queen)

2. Smoke on the Water (Deep Purple)

3. 25 or 6 to 4 (Chicago)*

*Final Countdown WOULD be #3 but our directer doesn't let us play it anymore.

Time Warp (from the movie The Rocky Horror Picture Show)

For some reason, we couldn't play House of the Rising Sun because of its content, but we could play "T-Dub"... I guess our assistant principal hadn't watched RHPS...  :P
