Any comments on this shocker? Scores from the last 3 weeks had SV ahead of Forest Park... it's a shock to see them down to 4th. Any penalties? Or did the other bands just really rip off a great show?

Congrats to all!

Springs Valley had a great performance as did the other top finishers. I had not seen Lewis Cass this year and was very moved by their show and also had them ranked first. Forest Park added som e Ge elements since I last saw them. With such great bands, it gets Down to judges preference.

Great shows today in Class D.  It just goes to show, you never know what is going to happen.  :sweatdrop:  I agreed with the top rankings.  Valley gave it their all.  :tt1: Forest Park (my top pic) was awesome.  :praise: Lewis Cass was equally great.   ;D  Paoli has regained their status.  :punk: So proud of our Orange County band traditions!

It just shows you can't always predict the winners.  I don't think many gave Paoli a big thought this year....but when that band takes the season one week at a time and listens to the judges...well it pas off.  Congrats to Lewis Cass and Forest Park...but a huge AMEN AND CONGRATS TO THE PRIDE OF PAOLI!!!  It all clicked for them today when it mattered the most!!!  WELL DONE!!!

Congrats to Lewis Cass on the win and Forest Park and Springs Valley on great shows, too! Class D was extremely competitive this year. I'm over-the-top proud of our Paoli kids. They really brought it when it counted, and we had an amazing week of very productive, effective rehearsals leading up to yesterday. Our kids were so excited about their performance, and they pulled that off with having only three seniors in the band. It was a great Class D show all-around.
